No vendor will be allowed to sell water.
Each vendor will receive a 10’ X 10’ space. Vendors will NOT be charged a percentage of sales fees at this event.
We require you to submit photo samples of the items you will be selling and your business card. No items
called shooters/guns will be permitted. (We recommend “poppers.”) Also, you must stay for the duration of
All vendors are responsible for bringing your own tent, tables, chairs, generators (if power is needed).
Placement at the event will be taken care of by the Chamber in the order we receive applications. So, please
keep in mind that the earlier we receive your application, the better your placement on the field will be. Furthermore,
please confirm that we have received your application. If you do not get confirmation from the
Chamber within 3 days of submitting your application, call 540-387-0267 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your application has been approved, approximately 10 days prior to the event, you will receive a letter of
instruction stating what time to arrive, where to check in and where to unload; it will also state your site
location. You must check in prior to unloading.
