We need to know the exact dimensions of your set-up in order to provide adequate space for each food vendor. Vendors will NOT be charged a percentage of sales fees at this event. We require you to submit a description of the items you will be selling.
All vendors are responsible for bringing your own tent, table, and chairs. Placement at the event will be taken care of by the Chamber in the order we receive applications. So, please keep in mind that the earlier we receive your application, the better your placement on the field will be. Once your application has been approved, approximately 10 days prior to the event you will receive an email with instructions stating what time to arrive, where to check in and where to unload; it will also state your site location. You must check in prior to unloading.

Placement at the event will be taken care of by the Chamber in the order we receive applications. We wish to be a vendor at the 2017 Wine Festival as indicated above (please check) for the agreed upon amount.
The Chamber’s representative has clearly explained the details of the vendor packages. We understand that
full payment is due by July 5th, 2017 and it is a non-refundable payment.  All vendors will receive
two glasses and two wristbands to participate in the tastings. Please be advised that you will no longer be
allowed to work the booth once you have consumed alcohol. No Pets. You may not begin breaking down your
booth until 8:00PM. If you choose to do so beforehand you will not be allowed to participate in any Chamber
events. By signing this agreement I am indicating that I am authorized to make this decision.
