Each Specialty Vendor will receive a 10’ X 10’ space. Vendors will NOT be charged a percentage of sales fees at this event. We require you to submit photo samples of the items you will be selling.

All vendors are responsible for bringing your own tent, tables, and chairs. Placement at the event will be taken care of by the Chamber in the order we receive applications. So, please keep in mind that the earlier we receive your application, the better your placement on the field will be. Once your application has been approved, approximately 10 days prior to the event you will be emailed
instructions stating what time to arrive, where to check in and where to unload; it will also state your site location. You must check in prior to unloading.

All vendors are responsible for bringing your own tent. Stakes are prohibited. Please bring water jugs or sand
bags to secure your tent. The Chamber will provide tables and chairs to each vendor. Placement at the event will
be taken care of by the Chamber in the order we receive applications. So, please keep in mind that the earlier
we receive your application, the better your placement on the field will be.

We wish to be a vendor at the 2015 Wine Festival as indicated above (please check) for the agreed upon amount.
The Chamber’s representative has clearly explained the details of the vendor packages. We understand that full
payment is due by September 18, 2015 and it is a non-refundable payment. All vendors will receive two
glasses and two wristbands to participate in the tastings. Be advised that you will no longer be allowed to work
the booth once you have consumed alcohol. Vendors must be at the Salem Civic Center by 9:30 a.m. with vehicles
unloaded and off the event area by 11:00 a.m. You may not begin breaking down your booth until 5:00 PM. If you
choose to do so beforehand you will not be allowed to participate in any Chamber events. Please note that power
is not provided. No Pets. By signing this agreement I am indicating that I am authorized to make this decision.
